We carry out a Cat-Scan using the latest technology to locate all service inlets before we start. We then provide a dig permit once this has been completed to assure you that we will not disrupt any services.

We place large boards over the lawn and protect your garden whilst we carry out the work to prevent any unnecessary damage.
We separate all our waste. It is then removed from the site and segregated. We do not fly-tip any of our waste, as we believe the environment is important.
Every precaution is taken to help keep noise levels down. We also work within the law and don’t operate any loud machinery until 8 am.
We work with your neighbours, making sure that we don’t block any access for them. We also make sure our materials are delivered on a daily basis in order to keep our workspace to a minimum. Furthermore, we’re considerate to everyone around us and to make sure we follow this procedure, we have a director overseeing all works carried out.
We work Mon – Fri 7:30 – 5. We do not work weekends, however, should you require weekend only work, we can make exceptions, but please contact us for more information.
We tidy up every day, especially once the job is complete. We make sure the client’s neighbours and, if needs be, the highways’ agency, are happy with the work before we leave. Not only that, but we never leave our tools on sight, as this creates a security risk.
No, you can leave us to work if you’re not able to be there. The site director will oversee the job each day and does not leave until the day ends.
All jobs are carried out by First Class Groundworks and Paving Specialists employees only. A site director will remain on the job until it’s complete to ensure all procedures are adhered to.
